Convocation 2011 of CECOS University will tentatively be held in the 3rd week of Nov, 2011. All the Graduates who have Graduated in 2006 onwards till June 2011 may apply to the Controller of Examinations for registration on the prescribed registration form available at Main Campus Phase-VI, IMIS Phase-II and on the University website www.cecos.edu.pk and will be required to return by 22nd October 2011 along with Convocation fee of Rs: 2000/=, attested copies of their Transcripts, CNIC and two recent Photographs.
Only two guests for each Graduate will be allowed to attend the Convocation.

All the Graduates are directed to collect their entry cards and invitation cards for their guests from Main Campus Phase-VI, Hayatabad, before 10th November, 2011.

Gowns/Hoods will be available on the date of Rehearsal between 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM and may be collected from the contractor on payment of Rs: 1000/= only on account of rent/security. Security will be refunded on return of gowns after deducting gown rent.

Rehearsal:
Full dress Rehearsal will be held one day before the Convocation. Specific dates & Venue for Rehearsal and Convocation will be announced later on. Attendance in Rehearsal will be compulsory and those who do not attend Rehearsal shall not be allowed to participate in the Convocation.
